Job Summary:
Responsible for reception duties regarding, registration, financial counselling, collection of payment and other administration duties
Roles and Responsibilities
Patient Care Management
Perform patient registration for all patients by obtaining patient’s addresses, contact details, insurance, information and medical histories accurately
Answer phone call / WhatsApp / emails timely for appointment requests/queries/surgeries
Book lab/surgeries for patients, facilitate smooth arrangements and ensure results are promptly received for doctor’s review
Provide accurate financial counselling for procedures /surgeries patient and the patient’s family
Assist in applying for insurance LOG & other matters relating to insurance (eg. Enquiries)
Cashiering duties & and ensuring accurate closure of daily accounts
Submit claims promptly and accurately for corporate patients
Ensure that all relevant patient medical reports/forms and ID are scanned and saved.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and patient’s waiting areas
Understand basic principles of breast disease & treatments
Provide patient education on pre-op and post-op instructions (eg fasting, admission time)
Accurately referral sources for new patients into the system
Assume additional adhoc duties as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
Good communication and interpersonal skill

Computer literacy
Preferably has experience in healthcare setting

Job Summary:
You will perform mammogram and ultrasound independently to produce high quality diagnostic images and provide excellent patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Patient Care Management
Experience with modalities including mammogram and ultrasounds, with experience in breast and women’s imaging
Communicate to reassure patients regarding the imaging and intervention procedures and address any inquiries and concerns that may arise
Perform in accordance to standards described in SOP and work instructions, to ensure patient safety and compliance with rules and regulations
Support management in the staffing, development and training to enhance service quality and performance
Perform routine check on radiology equipment
Report and inform any malfunction of equipment
Maintaining and cleaning the radiology equipment
Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Medical Imaging / Radiography, Ultrasonography or equivalent
Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) registration & R1 License
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of PACS systems
Excellent patient service and communication skills as well as good eyesight and attention to detail

Job Summary
Provide coordination and support to the surgical team.
Ensure availability of surgical supplies, instrument sets and packs.
Performing cleaning, disinfection, sterilization of surgical instruments.
Assist in running of OT during cases
Prepare OT for cases according to doctors’ requirement
Disinfection of OT before and after cases.
Maintain function and cleanliness of the equipment in OT
Help in ensuring preventive maintenance and filing is done accordingly for all surgical equipment
Through cleaning of the OT/ autoclave during weekend
Maintaining the Quality test done daily
Roles and Responsibilities
Housekeeping and decontamination
See to cleanliness and tidiness of work area.
Clean working table top, Sterilizers, washer-disinfector and sealing machines.
Collect of soiled instruments from OT.
Check soiled instruments for completeness
Report any missing, malfunction and defect of instruments promptly.
Perform decontamination of instruments using washer disinfector.
Assembling and reprocessing
Inspects instrument for cleanliness and proper alignment.
Inspects and prepares surgical items for sterilization.
Assemble instrument sets in accordance to instrument checklist.
Pack instrument sets for sterilization using appropriate packaging material.
Assist to load instruments in the steam Sterilizer.
Report defective instruments to supervisor.
Sterilization and Storage
Store sterile instrument sets / loose instrument and sterile supplies into designated locations.
Distribute sterile supplies to OT
Check and replenish TSSU consumables and surgical supplies.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Management
Provide guidance to new or inexperience staff.
Maintain records for all sterilized instruments.
Manage TSSU supplies and instrument inventory.

WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Sterilization Service)

Job Summary
Technical support/ software, hardware installation and configuration
Responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of clinical operation software and troubleshoot computer OS and hardware issues.
Provide first level technical support on Windows 10, 11 OS, printers, scanners and IP phones locally/remotely.
Manage user accounts by ensuring all accounts and computers are ready for staff onboarding. Setup IT hardware as necessary; perform clean installations if needed.
Respond to users’ requests and resolve their IT issues in shortest period of time while meeting their requirements. Flag out IT issues to 3rd party vendors where necessary
System maintenance
Assist in developing and maintaining technical and configuration documentation
Daily, weekly and monthly checks of servers, backups and CCTV systems.
Assist senior IT personnel with network and server maintenance/support duties during after-office hours
IT inventory tracking
Security compliance
Assist senior IT personnels in enforcing IT Policies to maintain security compliance and network, server and security configurations
Ensure PDPA compliance for all staff
Other duties assigned by the Senior IT Manager or Management
Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology or 1 - 3 years of related experiences
Fundamental knowledge in computer networking, server administration, IT security
Good knowledge in Windows OS and computer hardware
CCNA/CompTIA certification is an added advantage
Able to work at odd hours and standby for on call after working hour
Able to work under pressure, be self-motivating and be flexible in prioritizing unscheduled as well as scheduled work
Good customer service and be keen to learn
