will be collected when you present yourself for medical examination or treatment at our centre.

To provide medical services to you, which include:
Sending your specimen/blood/urine samples to laboratories for tests
Referring you to other healthcare professionals and institutions for imaging and/or further consultation
Sharing your related medical reports to other healthcare professionals and institutions for the provision of healthcare services (including making medical referral and facilitating diagnosis and treatment)
To facilitate associated internal processes (e.g., billings, accounting and administration, training, and quality control)
To send your reports to you by post or courier if requested
To contact you via email, SMS, telephone, and mail regarding appointments and other related matters
We will only use and disclose your personal data for the purposes stated above or for any other purpose directly related to providing healthcare services to you. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties such as healthcare professionals, laboratories, and service providers engaged to perform services on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Similarly, your personal data may be shared to us by third parties for the purposes stated above.
